Two people injured after a shooting incident near Sylmar Metro Station

Los Angeles, California – In the early evening hours of Friday, Los Angeles officers were sent near the Sylmar Metro Station in response to a shooting.

The shooting incident took place around 11:00 p.m. between Hubbard and Truman Streets. Upon the arrival of the officers at the scene, the suspects were nowhere to be found. Information about what led to the shooting was not released.

One individual who sustained injuries as a result of the incident was transferred to a hospital for treatment, while a second individual, who had also been shot, refused medical assistance.
