City of Carson doubled the reward offered for information on murder of LAPD officer’s son
Carson, California – The reward offered for information that might resolve the homicide of a 28-year-old in January and lead to the arrest of the suspect or suspects responsible for the murder, has now been doubled by the city of Carson and stands at $100,000.
The initial reward offered for information about the murder of the 28-year-old by the city was set at $50,000, but officials decided to increase it by another $50,000.
The incident where Rodquece Beezer lost his life occurred on January 10 in the vicinity of Northwood Avenue and Abbotston Street in Carson. It was said the victim was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting while sitting in his vehicle.
The victim was identified as being the son of a Los Angeles Police Department officer, and authorities made extreme efforts to solve the murder.
