Man hospitalized after a hit-and-run crash in Anaheim

Anaheim, California – The Anaheim Police Department is conducting an investigation into a hit-and-run crash in which a man suffered severe injuries that required hospitalization.

Reports of a crash near Tustin Avenue and the 91 Freeway involving a pedestrian came in after midnight, at 12:55 a.m.

Officers from the Anaheim police responded to the scene and found the man laying in the road. The man was immediately transported to a hospital for treatment. He was listed in critical condition.

Officials said the victim sustained injuries consistent with being struck by a vehicle.

The crash remains under investigation.
