Many activities scheduled for Long Beach residents in observance of Memorial Day

Long Beach, California – In observance of Memorial Day on May 30, many events, concerts, and fun activities for residents will be held in Long Beach.

There will be a Vegan BBQ Pop-up on Memorial Day from 2 to 7 p.m. at Grasshopper Bar.

SOTO, Leather and Lace, and Flirt Band will be performing at the Memorial Day Jam that will be held at Zendejas San Dimas in Long Beach on Sunday, May 29. The venue will open its doors at 2:00 p.m. and the first show will begin at 3:00 p.m. Tickets may be bought for ten dollars through this website.

On Monday, May 30, from one to four o’clock in the afternoon, at Jimmy E’s Bar + Grill, Rock for Vets will have its first live performance since the pandemic. Rock for Vets will put on a concert, which will also include live performances by one or two other local bands.

The 2022 Long Beach Seafood Festival will kick off on Saturday, May 28, between the hours of 11 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., during the Memorial Day weekend. Tickets for this event can be bought here.
