One hospitalized, three others arrested in connection with a shooting in downtown LA
Los Angeles, California – Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department responded to a shooting incident in the downtown area of the city and were able to arrest three people.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident took place at 11 p.m. on Saturday near Maple Avenue and 7th Street. Fortunately, the incident occurred in front of the LAPD officers, and they were able to respond quickly.
They started chasing a black Mercedes-Benz with three occupants inside. Shortly after, all occupants left the vehicle and surrendered to authorities. The three of them were immediately taken into custody.
According to the police report, the incident left one person injured, who was transported to a hospital for treatment. Information on the condition of the injured individual was not disclosed.
