Seal Beach, California – Anyone interested is invited to the Save Our Beach initiative, Beach Cleanup, in Seal Beach. The clean-up will be held at the beach parking lot at the end of 1st Street in Seal Beach on Saturday, December 18 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The December cleaning will be done in memory of Marisa Westall, a young Seal Beach resident who died earlier this year from bone cancer and who inspired us all to be good environmental stewards.
During the clean-up, parking at the 1st Street Beach lot is free. To get a parking pass, check in at the Blue Canopy on the Grass (required).
Anyone who wants to take part in the monthly clean-up must register here.
